Everything felt like a struggle, nothing seemed easy, and yet, there were areas in my life that seemed to “flow” with very little effort on my part. How come I could achieve other things in my life with such ease, and yet the one thing I really wanted always seemed out of reach? 

It wasn’t until I could see my own self-destructive patterns that I could finally address the mental and emotional limiting beliefs that were holding me back.

I’ve found success using these techniques on myself and now I want to help other people like you to be able to release your emotional and mental blocks so you can create the life you truly want and deserve.

Core Beliefs

I believe if we have patterns in our lives of procrastination, fears, writer’s block, anxiety, health issues, or anything along these lines then we have emotional blocks or beliefs that are no longer working for us. In fact, these limiting beliefs may be in direct contrast to what we want to create.

Our subconscious minds are powerful, and that power can be used either for us or against us. The subconscious mind is like a super computer and has recorded everything that has happened to us in our lives. By using the power of our subconscious we can find and replace the limiting beliefs that are holding us back.

Since it’s often easier to see other people’s negative patterns than our own, I use different tools to help you identify what’s been holding you back.

Muscle Testing

Applied kinesiology, or more commonly known as “muscle testing”, is a way for us to use a person’s muscle reactions to identify our core beliefs.

Our body and everything around us is made up of energy. Because energy runs through the muscles in our bodies, if something negatively impacts our electrical system, our muscles will virtually “short circuit” or weaken. Thoughts, foods, emotions all can have an impact on our electrical system.

By muscle testing, we can find what events or emotions “weaken” or “strengthen” our bodies. It’s really very simply and has been used for years in chiropractor’s offices and other naturopathic practices.

It’s simple to learn to muscle test on yourself. Below is a video that explains one easy way to get started. Just remember sometimes it takes practice to become consistent and accurate.

Muscle Testing via Proxy

Since, I do all my sessions via video chat I’ll be using proxy testing, which is muscle testing that’s done on myself, for you. Proxy testing works similarly to how cell phones work. Energy knows no space and time—just like when you’re thinking of someone and they call you—so it can be done regardless of distance.

Once I get your permission to muscle test for you and we’re connected energetically, we can get answers about what is really going on at the root of the problem and not spend our time dealing with just the symptoms.

Emotional Clearing

Identifying the belief is only half the problem. Now that we know what “core” belief is no longer working for you, we need to release it and (the most important part) reprogram that belief into one that will work better for you.


Old belief: “I don’t want to try because I’m afraid of failing.”

New belief: “It’s exciting to try new things because I now choose to believe that I go from one success to the next.”  

I do this through an emotional release work called Tapping. Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), is a powerful holistic healing technique that has been proven to effectively resolve a range of issues, including stress, anxiety, phobias, emotional disorders, chronic pain, addiction, weight control, and limiting beliefs, just to name a few.

Tapping therapy is based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. Tapping with the fingertips on specific meridian endpoints of the body, while focusing on negative emotions or physical sensations, helps to calm the nervous system, rewire the brain to respond in healthier ways, and restore the body’s balance of energy.

A Session

As a creative person and a highly intuitive practitioner, I am able to use both muscle testing and Tapping to get to the core belief faster. My intuition and empathy allows me to see patterns and connections that usually go unnoticed. Being very attuned to certain words, body languages, and tones, a session can often lead down a surprising path.

A session usually takes 1 to 1 1/2 hours via video chat. I always ask that you bring a willingness to explore feelings and experiences that may make you uncomfortable. When we uncover some of your childhood beliefs we sometimes access painful memories. This is not said to scare you, but to understand this work requires you to be vulnerable and honest. That being said, you will only access memories you are ready, on some level, to heal or release.
